Step 2: Unbranded Packaging and Shipping
All physical shipments from World Dental Lab to white-label partners are sent in neutral, unbranded packaging. No World Dental Lab logos, no company name, no indication of the country of origin beyond standard customs declarations required by law.
Shipments are addressed to your lab or practice — never to your clients. You receive the work, quality-check it, and dispatch it to your clients in your own branded packaging.
Step 3: Case Management Under Your Reference System
You submit cases using your own case reference numbers. Our system accepts any alphanumeric reference format, and all communications reference your numbers — not ours. Your clients never see our case IDs, our internal reference system, or any World Dental Lab identifiers.
Step 4: Invoicing and Payment
All invoices are issued to your business — not to your clients. You maintain full control over what you charge your clients. World Dental Lab invoices you at our trade pricing; you invoice your clients at your standard rates. The margin is yours to keep.
Step 5: Quality Control and Warranty
Our 2-year warranty covers all restorations produced by World Dental Lab and passes through to your white-label partnership. If a restoration fails due to manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we remake it at no charge — and your client-facing warranty remains intact.
