For Hawley retainers, functional appliances, and space maintainers, send physical PVS or alginate impressions and bite records by post.

    Yes. We provide white-label orthodontic laboratory services for labs without in-house orthodontic production. Cases are returned in neutral packaging with no World Dental Lab branding. Lab accounts receive NDA protection, volume pricing, priority queue access, and a dedicated account manager.

    Aligners are thermoformed from ISO 10993-compliant biocompatible thermoplastic in 0.5–1.0 mm thickness depending on the stage in the treatment sequence. Essix retainers use 0.75 mm or 1.0 mm BPA-free sheet. No BPA-containing materials are used in any appliance we produce.
